Elysha and Buddy are so fun to photograph. They are total naturals and I don't think Elysha could ever take a bad photo--she's stunning. We spent the afternoon in Cathedral Park where your backdrop is the St. John's bridge.

This is my second fundraiser for Junior Diabetes Research Foundation that I have been asked to photograph. I love doing events like this. The Walk draws people together in a healthy activity for a worthy cause, raising money to help find a cure for diabetes.

Engagement sessions are so fun because they are a great way to get to know the couple and for them to get used to the camera. That way, they're more comfortable with it on their wedding day. Well, Kelsey and Derek were loving the camera from the start and so was their dog, Denali! It was a beautiful shoot and Kelsey kept joking how she felt like she was on America's Next Top Model.
I am really looking forward to their wedding next year and sharing some great laughs with them.
Bright colors, Cute kids with bubbles, and lots of kissing. That was their wedding. Scott is a great down to earth guy who gives you a crazy firm handshake and Teleea is so beautiful and looked stunning in her custom made dress.

When Lindsay and I first walked into the barn, we saw Alice's mom busily working behind a sewing machine. We're thinking, "Oh, she must be fixing a tiny tear on the dress or something." But no, she's doing the last finishing touches on Alice's dress. Apparently Alice's mom has made every formal dress Alice has ever worn and her wedding dress was no exception. She also made all the bridesmaid dresses as well, which were in production up to the last minute too. Needless to say, she pulled it off and everyone looked beautiful.
From the moment I met Alice and Ben, they were so sweet and kind to me. It was like I've known them for years. Alice still sends me emails on how much she loved having us as her photographers. Well Alice, we loved being your photographers.
Not to mention, it was really cool when the officiant made a reference to one of their engagement photos that I shot and used it to explain Alice and Ben's love for one another. Thanks for the shout out!
